**Primary Position Objectives**:
The Site Caretaker will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring the upkeep of property, keeping it secure, clean and well-maintained. This role will also support the wellbeing of the residents.

**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Be responsible for all general maintenance, gardening and building improvements.
- Evaluate and support Managers to shortlist applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers;
- Administer and support Operations Manager’s through the recruitment, selection, hiring, and onboarding processes;
- On call duties when required - uphold the JBS rules and regulations for residents.
- Ensure that the rooms, common room areas, kitchen, outside areas, common areas, and facilities are maintained to a high standard and are always well presented.
- Conducting regular employee welfare and well-being checks.
- Perform linen/towel washing services as well as coordinate the weekly cleaning services.
- Provide support to workers in house chores and wellbeing activities.
- Deal with all workers with courtesy and promptness at all times. - Any other ad-hoc duties as required.
- Provide end-to-end, hands-on support, and pastoral care to new employees across various activities including: Accommodation, Transport, Shopping, Banking, Communications, and Medical.
- Supporting the welfare responsibilities that are shared between workers and community
- Provide cultural and community support to assist employees integrate into the local area by seeking local organisations and introductions
- Conducting regular employee welfare checks
- Supporting team members access necessary treatment and support for both work-related and personal injuries (this would require them to be comfortable taking team members to and from medical appointments from both work and home)
- Establishing relationships and partnerships within the community to support the health and wellbeing of our team members
- Connecting team members with community health and wellbeing support services
- Provide education and advise to workers on health and wellbeing matters (with a focus on maintained health, well-being, and fitness for work)
- Are responsible for ensuring we are compliant with legislative requirements and company policies and procedures with regards to the rehabilitation and return to work of our PLS workers
- Ad hoc reporting as required by the business units
- Maintain accurate data records for immigration and reporting purposes
- Ensure Primo meets expectations of PLS Employer guidelines specifically
- Coordinate offboarding process i.e. carrying out exit interviews

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
