About the Opportunity:

As a Warehouse Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations and exceptional customer service. You'll be responsible for order verification, documentation, and maintaining our high standards of quality and organisation.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Order Management: Verify customer orders are picked correctly and ensure proper palletisation and labelling standards
• Documentation & Systems: Generate delivery documentation, complete bill of lading functions, and manage transport consignment notes
• Customer Service: Oversee customer collections and liaise with warehouse personnel and customer service teams on stock matters
• Inventory Control: Assist with cycle counts, enter stock take data, and maintain accurate stock locations
• Quality Compliance: Support general warehouse administrative tasks in line with our Quality Management System
• Continuous Improvement: Help implement 5S principles to enhance workplace efficiency and product presentation

About You:

You are a reliable and organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You take pride in accuracy and understand the importance of attention to detail in maintaining smooth operations. You're someone who enjoys working as part of a team while being able to work independently when required.

What You Bring:

• Minimum 2 years of previous warehouse, logistics, or administrative experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems quickly
• Physical capability to work effectively in a warehouse environment
• Team player mentality with a positive, can-do attitude
• Problem-solving skills and ability to prioritise tasks
