About RSPCA Queensland
RSPCA Queensland has the largest and busiest Wildlife Hospital in the state, providing care to over 24,000 native animals every year. There are many factors that impact our native animals: natural disasters such as bushfire and droughts, dog attacks, road accidents and habitat loss. Every year our RSPCA Animal Ambulances attend over 24,000 rescue call outs for sick, injured or orphaned wildlife.
At RSPCA Queensland, we've been the state's leading animal welfare charity for nearly 140 years, dedicated to improving the lives of all animals - domestic, farmed, and native. Every year, we care for over 42,000 animals, relying on the generosity of animal lovers like you to fund 96% of our lifesaving services.

You take pride in high standards of patient care, value collaboration, and understand the importance of maintaining a positive team culture, even when things get busy.
This role would suit an experienced veterinary nurse who's eager to build on their skills in a unique clinical setting, or someone with prior wildlife or emergency experience looking for a meaningful and rewarding challenge.

- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or recognised equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in veterinary nursing (wildlife or emergency experience highly regarded)
- Confidence working in a fast-paced clinical environment
