As our business continues to grow, an exciting opportunity has opened for a motivated Finance & Insurance Sales/Administration Representative to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

Reporting to our Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in helping customers secure tailored finance and insurance solutions while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is a full-time position, working 5 days per week on a rotating Monday–Saturday roster.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

· Consulting with customers and confidently presenting dealership finance and insurance products

· Liaising with finance companies and obtaining approvals

· Handling personal client information with absolute confidentiality

· Maintaining accurate test-drive records

· Ensuring all deliveries are settled and documented correctly

· Receipting and balancing settlements

· Assisting the New and Used Vehicle Sales teams during negotiations when needed

About You

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· The ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work autonomously

· A bright, friendly, customer-focused personality

· Previous general administration experience
