Dental Receptionist – Part-Time (Inner City)

We are a modern, friendly inner-city dental practice located close to public transport, seeking an experienced dental receptionist to join our team. Our long-term receptionist is going on maternity leave, and we are looking for someone to cover 2-5 days per week, with hours 9:00am–6:00pm. Ongoing position may be available for the right candidate

The Role Includes:

  • Managing incoming patient calls and front-desk enquiries
  • Booking appointments and assisting patients with treatment plans
  • General reception and administrative duties
  • Assisting with STERI and infection control
  • Occasional chair-side assisting (bonus if experienced)
  • Assisting with basic lab work (training provided), including polishing splints, printing 3D models, and polishing ceramic restorations if required

About You:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in dental reception (essential)
  • Chair-side assisting experience is a bonus
  • Reliable, friendly, and professional
  • Clear communicator, fluent in spoken and written English
  • Willing to learn and support the team where needed
