We take pride in offering our customers affordable, high-quality, ready-to-wear and made-to-measure suits for men and women, along with our in-house tailoring and alterations services. As a small team, we prioritize genuine customer care delivered in a supportive and inclusive working environment.

We're looking for a passionate individual to join our Newcastle-based retail team.

Full-time availability (5 days) including weekends is required.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and fashion-conscious individual to join our heritage menswear brand. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic retail team dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences and creating the perfect fit for our customers.

At Rundle Tailoring, we don't work by KPIs or sales targets—instead, we focus on building relationships and providing personalized, high-quality service. No two days will be the same, as you'll have the chance to develop and use your skills across various aspects of the fashion and retail industries, including:

  • Merchandising and visual presentation.
  • Buying and stock management.
  • Formal hire and event styling.
  • Tailoring and alterations.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Previous retail experience in suiting or fashion (highly regarded).
  • A great eye for detail to ensure the perfect fit.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellence in customer service, providing a welcoming and memorable shopping experience.
  • Confidence in styling clients for weddings, formal events, and professional wear.
  • Availability to work five days per week, including weekends.
