Test Automation Lead - $200,000 Package - Hybrid Working

Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced QA Lead with a passion for Agile, automation, and team mentoring. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust, scalable, and high-quality digital solutions across web, mobile, and APIs.

You'll lead QA efforts, define test strategies, and be hands-on with manual and automated testing, performance testing, and CI/CD integration.

Key Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years in QA Lead roles in enterprise settings
  • Strong in test automation (e.g., Selenium, JUnit)
  • Experience in Java or Python for automation
  • Skilled in testing REST APIs, web apps, and mobile platforms
  • Agile/Scrum and DevOps (CI/CD) familiarity
  • Expertise in test strategy, defect management, and reporting
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience with Git, Jenkins, and Azure
  • Financial services or superannuation experience (preferred)
