About the Role

You must have experience as a sewing machinist ideally from the mattress manufacturing / industrial industry. This Cut & Sew operator role for our Knoxfield factory involves general factory work, rotating through different sewing machines and general tasks so you can learn multiple functions and support the team.

Key responsibilities

  • Following all company safety instructions
  • Operating industrial Sewing Machines
  • Ensuring quality meets company standards
  • Maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Reporting daily production output to the supervisor

About You

  • Experience with sewing machines / industrial sewing machine or similar factory work
  • Reliable transport
  • Able to understand and follow instructions
  • Physically fit and safety-conscious
