Hourly Rate: $41.83 – $57.87 (Level 1 to 5)

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) who will bring enthusiasm, leadership, and educational expertise to our team — fostering an environment where children thrive and educators grow together.

About the Role

  • Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

  • Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families to support their learning journey

  • Create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment that promotes curiosity and discovery

  • Collaborate with educators to drive continuous improvement and professional growth

  • Document and assess children's learning progress, supporting their developmental goals

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

  • VIT Teacher Registration – VIC requirement

  • Working with Children Check (Employee) – VIC requirement

  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications

  • Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting training

  • A strong understanding of EYLF, NQS, and current best practices in early childhood education

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
