Epoca Constructions is a proudly Queensland-owned civil, structural and mechanical engineering company with over 50 years of experience delivering quality infrastructure across the state. We're expanding our team, in Bells Creek and are looking for multiple experienced Civil / Landscape Labourer who share our values of hard work, fairness, and pride in what they build.

About the Role:

You will work as part of a motivated crew on a variety of civil works, including:

  • Trenching, concreting and landscape preparation
  • Roadworks and earthworks
  • Site preparation and clean-up
  • Operating hand and power tools
  • Dewatering
  • Assisting plant operators and tradespeople

What We're Looking For:

We're after team players with a solid work ethic who are ready to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in. Ideally, you'll have:

  • Previous experience in civil construction and/or landscape labouring
  • White Card (Construction Induction)
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
  • Physically fit and capable of manual labour
  • Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
