We're looking for a Clinician who's ready to bring clinical insight, leadership, and calm judgement to an office-based role where your expertise improves systems and outcomes - not just moments at the bedside. This non-clinical position is ideal for someone experienced in clinical risk, governance, or aged care compliance who thrives in a structured environment. You'll play a key role in enhancing the safety and quality of our Home Care services - without shiftwork, home visits, or hospital pace.

What you'll do

• Triage and manage incidents as they occur, supporting prompt and appropriate resolution
• Coordinate the end-to-end management of clinical incidents, near misses, and investigations
• Collaborate with team leaders and care partners to identify risks and escalate appropriately
• Use your clinical knowledge to identify trends and drive system-wide safety improvements
• Maintain clear documentation and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions
• Support compliance and governance through thoughtful leadership and expert advice

What you'll bring

• Tertiary qualification in healthcare (e.g., Nursing, Allied Health, or similar) - Essential
• Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration with the relevant governing Board - Essential
• Experience and/or qualifications in Dementia, Delirium, Cognitive Impairment and/or mental health (Desirable)
• Experience in clinical practice, with a focus on aged care, home care, or community health
• Strong knowledge of Home Care Packages/Support at Home program, the aged care sector, and/or NDIS
• Experience in incident management, audits, or compliance frameworks
• Exceptional critical thinking, communication, and professional writing skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CRM/documentation systems
