About You:

You are trade qualified in plumbing, sprinkler fitting, or equivalent, with strong fire industry experience. You bring:

  • Extensive knowledge of wet fire systems and Australian Standards (AS1851, AS2118, AS2419, AS2941, BCA/NCC).
  • Proven leadership, project management, or supervisory experience, with a readiness to step into a divisional management role.
  • Experience managing service, maintenance, and commercial fire system operations.
  • White Card and current manual driver's licence.
  • Cert IV in Leadership & Management, FPAS accreditation, or hydraulic design experience is preferred.

Your Day to Day:

  • Lead and mentor your team of technicians, installers, and subcontractors.
  • Oversee service, maintenance, installation, and commissioning of wet fire systems.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Australian Standards.
  • Conduct site inspections, resolve operational issues, and review designs.
  • Build strong client relationships and deliver high quality outcomes.
  • Lead by example actively engage in operational tasks alongside your team while managing office responsibilities.
