About the Role
We're looking for an organised and proactive HR/Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director across daily operations, projects, and business activities. You'll be the go-to person keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes — from managing schedules and documentation to supporting project coordination and client communication.
A minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Managing Director's diary, meetings, and travel.
- Assist in preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Assisting with HR and administration within the business.
- Assist with tenders, quotes, and project documentation as required.
- Maintain online filing systems and oversee general office administration.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and site teams when applicable.
- Take meeting notes and follow up on actions.
- Support accounts administration (invoices, purchase orders, supplier tracking).
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
- No two days are the same- your tasks will involve office coordination to project support, and staff engagement.
- This position offers flexible part-time working arrangements.
About You
- Proven admin or EA experience (construction/trades background beneficial).
- Highly desirable is a strong background in Human Resources and or Legal
- You will be an organised individual, with an adaptable mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident using custom and standard software.
- Positive attitude and a genuine team player.
- A Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree is required for this position.
- Police check required.
