Location: Lonsdale, Adelaide, SA

Transco Mfg is a well-established, Australian-owned business with over 30 years of experience in the design, manufacture, and global distribution of high-quality downhole drilling tools. Due to continued growth, we're currently seeking motivated Metal Trades Assistants / Labourers to join our friendly and hardworking team at our Lonsdale facility.

About the Role

  • Assist tradespeople with assembly, and workshop yard tasks
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and workshop machinery
  • General labouring and workshop support duties
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Work independently and collaboratively as part of the production team

About You

  • Mechanical aptitude or previous experience in a workshop/labouring environment
  • Current forklift licence (required)
  • Current driver's licence & registered vehicle (required)
  • Strong understanding of workplace health & safety
  • Physically fit – able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
  • High attention to detail and a solid work ethic
  • Willingness to work regular overtime
