About the Role:
Join the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network as an Administrative Support Officer within our GP Plus Health Care Centres.
The Administrative Support Officer is responsible for the provision of a quality focused Health Care environment through promoting, delivery and evaluation of high-quality customer service and standards along with providing a comprehensive and confidential administrative and reception service to all.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to support essential healthcare services in our community. You will work within a collaborative environment where your administrative expertise directly contributes to patient care and service delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- provide comprehensive administrative support to clinical and operational teams
- manage correspondence, documentation, and filing systems
- coordinate appointments, meetings, and administrative processes
- support data entry and maintain accurate records
- assist with general office duties and customer service to our stakeholders
