Your Role

• Manage inbound finance inquiries for cars, boats, caravans, personal loans and more.
• Convert warm leads into settled loans, building strong client relationships along the way.
• To take advantage of cutting edge sales training and be assisted with the tools to excel.
• Conduct professional client interviews ( over the phone ) to assess their needs and recommend solutions.
• Provide credit assistance within industry compliance guidelines.
• Prepare and execute finance and insurance contracts with accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with a supportive, high-performing but small team of finance experts.

Who We Are Looking For

• Ideally, an experienced asset finance broker or someone who wants to be (from a similar finance/automotive sales background).
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of the consumer and commercial asset finance industry.
• A confident communicator with excellent client service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing applications.
• A proactive team player with a strong work ethic.
• Someone who wants to be part of a growing brokerage with big ambitions.
