About the role
We are seeking a motivated 2nd Year Landscape Apprentice to join our dynamic team at Cross Creations. As a full-time role based in Werribee South, VIC, this is an excellent opportunity to further develop your skills and knowledge in the landscaping industry. You will work alongside experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of commercial landscape construction and maintenance.
What you'll be doing
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of various landscape features, including gardens, lawns, concrete structures and paving
- Prepare and grade soil, plant trees, shrubs and other vegetation
- Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment safely
- Support the team in completing landscape projects to high standards
- Collaborate with the wider team to deliver excellent customer service
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills
What we're looking for
- Completion of the first year of a relevant Landscape Apprenticeship
- Strong interest and enthusiasm for horticulture and landscape design
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- A valid driver's licence and your own reliable transport
