Dermalogica is searching for a passionate and results-driven Concept Store Manager to oversee three of our flagship locations: Chatswood, QVB, and Melbourne Emporium. What You'll Be Doing

Operational Leadership

• Oversee daily operations across all three Concept Stores
• Manage rosters, inventory, and resources to ensure efficiency and compliance

Financial Ownership

• Manage P\&L, budgets, and cost control for each store
• Use financial insights to drive growth and improve profitability

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
• Recruit, train, and retain top talent in skincare and retail
• Conduct performance reviews and support career development

Client Experience & Sales

• Drive client loyalty and satisfaction through exceptional service
• Coach teams on upselling, cross-selling, and treatment excellence
• Monitor client feedback and ensure consistency across all sites

Business Growth Strategy

• Work with leadership to develop growth strategies
• Execute in-store marketing and promotional activities
• Set KPIs and track performance to ensure strategic goals are met

Hands-On Expertise

• Perform treatments as needed and set the standard for service delivery
• Stay current with skincare trends and product innovations

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience managing multiple salon, spa, or retail locations
• Strong business acumen, including P\&L and KPI management
• Proven track record in team leadership, coaching, and development
• A deep passion for skincare and client experience
• Understanding of current trends in beauty, skincare, and wellness industries.
• Confident using salon software systems and Microsoft Office.
