Responsibilities
- Build and execute outbound campaigns targeting high-growth startups and mid-tier companies.
- Qualify prospects, uncover needs, and position Ausbiz's AI consulting services and training programs.
- Collaborate with consultants and project managers on scoping calls and proposals.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and activity cadence in
HubSpot CRM
. - Coordinate with marketing to align outreach with AI events, webinars, and campaigns.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of B2B inside sales experience (ideally in SaaS, consulting, or tech).
- Strong outbound and prospecting skills — confident on the phone and in LinkedIn outreach.
- A keen interest in
AI, GenAI, and emerging tech
; fast learner with curiosity for how AI transforms industries. - Self-starter mentality and results orientation — you thrive in a growing startup environment.
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and outreach tools (Apollo, Sales Navigator, etc.).
