Duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Preparing and handling food and beverages in line with food safety standards
  • Assisting customers with enquiries and helping them choose from our delicious range of desserts and drinks
  • Processing sales through the POS system (cash and EFT) accurately and efficiently
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation throughout the store and service areas
  • Restocking products and supplies as required
  • Working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth, efficient service during busy periods
