We're looking for an experienced café all-rounder who can jump into a variety of roles — front of house, barista, and light food prep. We can also train in the job. The right person will be friendly, reliable, and take initiative during busy periods. You'll be working closely with the owner in a small, positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve coffee, cold drinks, and light meals to a high standard
  • Deliver warm, efficient customer service with a smile
  • Operate POS and handle cash accurately
  • Assist with opening and closing duties
  • Maintain a clean, organised workspace
  • Support team members where needed during service

Skills & Experience

  • Barista experience preferred, but training provided for the right person
  • Proven reliability and punctuality in hospitality or retail
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • A genuine interest in great coffee and quality food
  • Availability for weekdays (Mon–Fri) and occasional weekend shifts during peak periods

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $22.95 – $39.90 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 12 per week
