About The Role…
Lead the continued growth of our NDIS business in the Townsville region. Based in Vincent, you will be responsible for leading our high performing team to ensure our customers achieve their goals and our business objectives are exceeded. In this role, you will be responsible for the identification of opportunities for business growth, new customers & markets.

To Achieve This You Will Be

  • Understanding & improving the customer experience
  • Ensuring customers achieve their goals and business objectives are exceeded
  • Effectively develop, promote & nurture an enterprising workforce
  • Demonstrating effective decision making, analysis of sales & customer data
  • Building & maintaining relationships with various agencies, referral sources & partners
  • Meeting the required margin & revenue KPIs.

About You…
We are seeking a self-motivated and friendly individual who embodies a blend of leadership, sector-specific expertise, a strong commitment to person-centred practices, Regulatory Knowledge, Communication and interpersonal skills with participants, families and stakeholders, Problem solving and decision making and Digital Literacy

Essential Criteria

  • Criminal record check (essential or willing to obtain)
  • Working with children's check (essential or willing to obtain)
  • NDIS Workers screening clearance (essential or willing to obtain)
