Job Description

Digital Content Creator & Marketer (Casual, 15 hours/Week – Students Encouraged to Apply) Location: Sydney, NSW (Hybrid) Company Description: This is a newly established, multi-faceted company with a strong focus on the food industry. Role Description: We are seeking a creative and motivated Digital Content Creator & Marketer to join our team on a casual basis (approximately 15 hours/ per week). This hybrid role is based in Sydney, with flexibility to work remotely on certain tasks.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimising digital content across various platforms. You will help shape our digital presence through strategic content planning, engaging storytelling, and community interaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage digital content (text, graphics, and video) for social media, website, and other digital channels
  • Develop and implement content strategies aligned with marketing goals
  • Conduct market research to stay informed of trends and audience preferences
  • Monitor content performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights
  • Assist with community management and audience engagement
  • Support digital advertising efforts (SEO, SEM) where applicable

Qualifications:

  • Strong skills in digital content creation, graphic design, and video editing
  • Experience in content strategy development and social media management
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and digital advertising is an advantage
  • Proficient in market research and data analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using CMS platforms and analytics tools
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred but not required
  • Previous experience in the retail or e-commerce sector is a plus
