Overview

The Eyre and Far North Local Health Network (EFNLHN) is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Community Nurses to join the Community and Allied Health team based in Port Lincoln.

In these rewarding roles, you will provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care in the community setting, supporting clients to maintain their health, independence, and wellbeing at home. You will deliver evidence-based care, health education, and care coordination services across a diverse client group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver person-centred clinical nursing care in community and home settings.
• Conduct assessments, implement care plans, and evaluate outcomes.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated service delivery.
• Promote health and wellbeing through education and preventive care.
• Support clinical teaching and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.

About You:

• Registered or eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
• Demonstrated experience in community or primary health nursing (RN2C preferred).
• Effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• A commitment to culturally safe, person-centred, and evidence-based care.

Please note that this position is multi-classified as either a RN-1 or RN-2C.
