Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated ECT (or working towards) to join our team.

This is a full-time only role. Commitment is a must.

The ideal candidate will have a deep love for teaching young children and a commitment to creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This role involves guiding children through their early learning journey, encouraging curiosity, and supporting their social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Qualifications

  • Bach Of Education or working towards.
  • Proven experience working with young children in an educational setting.
  • Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
  • Creative, patient, and adaptable approach to teaching.
  • Commitment to fostering a non-corporate, natural play space environment.
  • Must be kind + calm always, and willing to offer a point of difference. This is a long-term dedicated role.
