Are you a passionate, dedicated, and experienced pharmacist with an interest in the rapidly growing medicinal cannabis industry? We are looking for a Pharmacist and Pharmacist-in-Charge to lead our team at a state-of-the-art medicinal cannabis dispensary.

The Crisci Group is a network of innovative pharmacies across QLD, VIC, SA and now NSW with a strong presence in compounding, medicinal cannabis, integrative health, and community pharmacy.

Releaf Dispensary Byron Bay is a brand new site - to be located in the heart of Byron Bay. The newly constructed dispensary and clinic will be at the forefront of providing medicinal cannabis to patients with various health conditions. Our mission is to offer compassionate care and expert guidance to our patients, ensuring they receive the most appropriate treatments for their health needs. We pride ourselves on our commitment to education, quality care and the well-being of our patients.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Pharmaciststo join our team. This roles are ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about the benefits of medicinal cannabis and is committed to providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position but part-time or casual applicants will also be considered.

Responsibilities:

  • Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently
  • Perform the daily operations of the dispensary to ensure compliance with all state and local regulations.
  • Work within the pharmacy team to provide excellent customer service.
  • Dispense medicinal cannabis products, providing personalised counselling on dosage, effects, and usage.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation meets legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop patient-specific treatment plans.
  • Ensure the dispensary maintains high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • Registered with AHPRA as a pharmacist
  • Previous experience in a pharmacy, preferably with knowledge of medicinal cannabis products but not essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage compliance requirements.
  • Knowledge of the medicinal cannabis industry and its evolving regulations is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in dealing with sensitive information.
