Cobb Lane is an artisan bakery located in the popular village of Yarraville, with store fronts in Richmond Traders and the South Melbourne Market. Our reputation for delicious, hand-crafted baked goods extends throughout Melbourne and beyond. We pride ourselves on our craftsmanship, specialising in slow ferment sourdoughs and viennoiserie, using the best ingredients available.

We have established a reputation as one of Melbourne's leading artisan bakeries, providing premium baked goods to the city's most renowned venues. Your role will be an integral part of this story.

About You:

This opportunity is suited for a qualified baker who is looking to work with a supportive team to progress their career. You will:

  • Ideally have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in baking
  • Have experience with artisan sourdough and yeasted bread
  • Have knowledge of natural fermentation and yeasted dough techniques
  • Excellent hand moulding skills
  • Can work in a team environment and communicate effectively
  • Attention to detail and quality control
  • Positive attitude
