Cobb Lane Bakery is recruiting a Experienced Artisan Baker to join our passionate and motivated team creating beautiful baked goods for the people of Melbourne.

Cobb Lane is an artisan bakery located in the bustling village of Yarraville. Our reputation for delicious, high-quality, hand-crafted, baked goods extends throughout Melbourne and beyond. We pride ourselves on our craftsmanship, specialising in slow ferment sourdoughs and viennoiserie, using the best ingredients available.

We offer:

- Day shifts (Starting between 6am - 9am, 8 hour shifts)
- Located in the inner-West in a spacious kitchen (just 10 minutes from Melbourne CBD)

- Learn from an experienced baking team and a pastry chef with extensive Michelin star and hatted restaurant experience

This opportunity is suited for a qualified baker who is looking to work with a supportive team to progress their career. You will ideally have experience with artisan sourdough and yeasted bread and have knowledge of natural fermentation and yeasted dough techniques including hand moulding.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
