Tyre Doctor is currently recruiting for a Workshop Supervisor based at the Blackwater Tyre Centre in Queensland.  This is a hands-on role working with the team to provide superior customer service.

The Role

· Assist the Tyre Shop Manager in leading and motivating the team to deliver outstanding customer service

· Manage job queue, priorities, transport schedules and customer requirements

· Carry out tyre fitting to a high standard

· Coordinate and plan next week's workflow and review versus transport schedules, job queue and customer priorities

· Ensure all documentation/records are completed in full and accurately, and filed/uploaded correctly

· Detailed quality inspection of each job after completion and prior to handing back to customer

· Ensure the store environment is clean, safe and well-presented at all times

About You

· At least two years experience in tyre fitting with a current AUR21920 Tyre Fitting Certificate

· Excellent communication and customer service skills

· Workshop organisation, ability to coordinate tasks and perform jobs in an efficient manner

· Leadership skills, ability to motivate and lead a small team and achieve goals set.
