Looking for an Experienced Cleaning Supervisor

We have an exciting opportunity for a cleaning supervisor to join our team.

Located in Singleton

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working hours: 6am-2pm

Key Accountabilities:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to oversee our cleaning operations. The ideal candidate will lead a team of cleaners, ensuring that our facilities maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Responsibilities:

• Operate cleaning equipment efficiently and safely.
• Apply cleaning chemicals and disinfectants following established guidelines.
• Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
• Manage schedules and assign tasks to team members.
• Order and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Address any cleaning-related issues or complaints promptly.
• Implement and enforce health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Requirements:

• The ability to use machinery will be highly regarded i.e., Floor scrubbers, polishers, and buffers.
• Friendly demeanour
• Punctual and reliable
• Current Police Check (mandatory)
• Proof of right to work in Australia (mandatory)
• Have a great attitude & willingness to learn
• Take pride in your workmanship and have a good eye for detail
