Cleaner Supervisor

We are expanding and have a Position for a Full-Time Cleaner Supervisor to join our growing workforce with afternoon and night shifts available. Paid in accordance with the Cleaning Award. **Why Join Us?** Work with a reputable company that values its people Career progression and development opportunities Supportive, inclusive, and diverse team culture **About the Role**: As a valued member of our cleaning team, you'll play a key role in ensuring our sites are spotless, safe, and well-presented every day. **Employment Type**:Full-Time **Available working Hours**: - **Monday and Friday**: 6:00 AM - 14:00 PM - **Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday**: 8:00 AM - 16:00 PM **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities**: - Supervise and lead a team of cleaners to ensure all scheduled tasks are completed to a high standard - Oversee and assist with daily cleaning duties, including: - Vacuuming, dusting, and wiping surfaces - Office cleaning, including workstations and common areas - Cleaning kitchens and breakout areas - Mopping floors and maintaining public amenities and BBQ areas - Cleaning restrooms and toilets to hygienic standards - High dusting and maintaining hard-to-reach areas - Cleaning windows and glass surfaces to a streak-free finish - Pressure washing exterior surfaces as required - Use of floor scrubbers, buffers, polivacs, and other cleaning equipment - Ensure cleanliness across various site types, including: - Childcare centres - Administration offices - Public event spaces (pre and post-event cleans) - Respond to emergency call-outs and complete urgent cleaning tasks as directed - Work closely with the Client and Service Manager to carry out additional duties as required - Conduct routine inspections and audits to maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation - Ensure WHS compliance and promote a culture of safety within the team **What You Bring**: ✔ Solid knowledge of commercial cleaning practices, equipment, and safety procedures ✔ Experience in supervising cleaning teams and coordinating daily tasks ✔ EWP (Elevated Work Platform) licence (preferred) ✔ First Aid certification (preferred) ✔ Strong eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high standards ✔ Reliable, punctual, and able to lead by example ✔ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team ✔ Flexible and responsive to client needs and last-minute changes **What we offer**: ✔ A supportive team and a great working environment ✔ Opportunities for learning and growth.
