Role Overview
We're looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Applications Support Analyst to join our high-performing Technology Operations team.

In this Sydney-based role, you'll work across a diverse portfolio of core business and legal applications that enable collaboration, efficiency, and exceptional legal service delivery. Whether you're resolving technical incidents, supporting system integrations, or driving improvements across enterprise platforms, you'll play a key role in supporting the firm's digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2–3 support for a suite of enterprise and legal platforms including; NetDocuments, Intapp (Integrate, Time, Walls), Elite 3E, Bundledocs, DocuSign, OfficeSpace
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents, adhering to SLAs and ITIL-aligned processes.
  • Create and maintain support documentation, known error logs, and configuration records.
  • Support application upgrades, patches, testing, and end-user training activities.
  • Collaborate closely with teams across Technology Operations, Infrastructure, and Security to resolve cross-platform issues.
  • Contribute to initiatives around automation, integration, and continuous improvement.
  • Assist with change management, release planning, and risk/security compliance.
  • Provide clear and timely updates to stakeholders and end users.

What You'll Bring

  • Solid experience supporting enterprise and cloud-based applications in a professional setting.
  • Deep troubleshooting skills across Microsoft Windows, Office, SaaS and COTS platforms.
  • Working knowledge of the ITIL framework – particularly incident, problem, and change management.
  • Understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data exchange principles
  • Previous commercial experience in a support or application analyst role, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – you're as comfortable documenting technical fixes as you are guiding users through them.
  • Exposure to legal-specific platforms like Elite 3E, NetDocuments, Intapp, etc., is advantageous
