On behalf of my client, who is an Australian owned management consulting firm, I am currently looking for multiple TSPV Management Consultants / Business Analysts & Project Management Consultants who are looking for a new full-time role based in Canberra.

We are looking for candidates that hold a minimum of TSPV Security Clearance and have worked in similar roles specialising in Business & Technology strategy, Performance Improvement or Change / Transformation services.

The roles that are available now include:


• Consultant


• Senior Consultant


• Manager

Within these roles you will be responsible for providing above-the-line consulting services predominately in the Defence & Federal Government sector, working with clients to solve complex challenges and achieve meaningful change.

Skills / Experience Required:


• 2-5 years experience as Business Analyst, Project Support or Project Management function


• Background in an ICT Consulting environment with demonstrated experience in preparing strategic advice, stakeholder engagement and change / transformation management advice


• Exposure across Federal Government and/or Defence project work


• Well-developed collaboration, interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with excellent business writing and excel skills


• Experience working on technology transformation/uplift


• Located in Canberra


• Completed a Bachelor Degree (or higher)

TSPV Clearance is MANDATORY
