Infinite Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Project Officer – TSPV Cleared for our esteemed Federal Government Client. This is an initial 12 months contract with 2x12 months further options to extend based on funding and approval.

About the Role

A high-performing Federal Government agency is seeking a skilled and proactive Project Officer to support the delivery of complex ICT capabilities across a range of technical programs. Working under limited direction, you will manage project administration, procurement, finance, asset documentation, and stakeholder engagement in a secure and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the implementation of ICT projects from concept to delivery, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation

- Manage procurement submissions and contract administration in accordance with Commonwealth guidelines

- Oversee project finances, including budgeting, reporting, and record-keeping

- Coordinate asset management activities, including rollouts and reviews

- Provide secretariat support for project meetings and forums

- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and transparency

What We’re Looking For

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word (templates), Excel (financial tracking), PowerPoint (executive briefings), Project (schedule analysis)

- Experience in ICT project delivery within Government environments

- Strong understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and asset management

- Familiarity with Government financial and asset management systems

- Knowledge of Commonwealth procurement and finance frameworks

- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes

- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

- Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

Submission Requirements

- Duration: 12 months contract with excellent extensions

- Clearance: Australian Citizens with TSPV (Mandatory)

- Submission deadline: 29/08/2025
