About the role:

Role : Senior .Net API Developer with MS Dynamics Business Central

Location : Gold Coast, Queensland

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior .NET API Developer with hands-on expertise in integrating and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex integration challenges, and is passionate about building scalable enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust .NET APIs for enterprise applications.
• Integrate .NET services with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Optimize and refactor existing codebases for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms for API endpoints.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues between .NET applications and Business Central.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile ceremonies.
• Document technical specifications, workflows, and deployment processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API).
• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design, JSON, and XML.
• Experience with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, DevOps pipelines) is a plus.
• Familiarity with SQL Server and database design.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
