Civmec is proud to be delivering both the Civil and SMP packages for the Eneabba Rare Earths Refinery Project in collaboration with Iluka Resources. As Australia's first fully integrated rare earths refinery, this milestone project is driving innovation—and we're building a skilled team to make it happen.

The Eneabba facility will process monazite concentrate extracted from Iluka's mineral sands operations, with production scheduled to commence in 2026.

We're currently seeking Experienced Concrete Finishers with a strong background in Civil Construction to help  deliver a range of foundational activities, including:

Bulk and detailed excavation to prepare structural zones and tank foundationsFormwork construction and reinforcement installation for concrete structuresConcrete placement and finishing to meet high durability and performance standardsFinal trim and backfill to complete the civil works and support subsequent mechanical and process installations

Location: Eneabba, WA (Mid West Region)
Roster: 2:1 Drive-In Drive-Out (DIDO)

The Role Pouring of concrete into formwork and assisting with formworkSpreading and levelling of concrete using rakes, shovels, hand and machine trowelsMust be able to Screed and finishing concrete Curing of concrete and monitoring the effects of weather during the curing processAssisting with vibration and concrete compactionPerform other general duties as required About You

To be successful in the role you will possess the following:

Ability to demonstrate screeding and finishing concrete to a high standard (essential)Minimum 2+ years' industry experience working as a Concrete FinisherPrevious civil construction experience within the mining and resources sectors (preferable)A willingness to assist Form Workers, Steel Fixers and other Concrete-related trades if requiredNationally recognised Construction Safety Awareness card (White Card) Civmec + You
