Toll Global Logistics (TGL) - Retail, Transport and Grocery division is currently recruiting for experienced Road Transport Subcontractors who can safely transport beverage products to our customers across South-Western Sydney NSW.

TGL requires the subcontractor to have a good understanding of NHVR's COR obligations and must be able to satisfy Toll's Compliance, Work, Health & Safety Regulations (WHSR) and driver onboarding checks.

Information and Requirements:

  1. Must have an ABN and ACN number,

  2. Must own 3 or more than 3 vehicles in your fleet to qualify- this is a permanent position/agreement for the right Fleet Operator.

  3. You must hold relevant insurances for example, Workers Compensation Insurance, Vehicle Insurance, Product/Marine Insurance and Public Liability,

  4. Toll's facility where vehicles are parked and loaded is located at Eastern Creek NSW 2766,

  5. You must provide daily, Heavy Rigid drivers (HR) and offsiders that can perform delivery of beverage products to retail shops, cafes, restaurants, shopping centers, schools, bakeries, service stations and other retail outlets using a hand trolley,

  6. A Heavy Rigid (HR), 12 or 14 pallet tautliners is required,

  7. A preference of no more than 3.4m high from the ground to the top of the tautliner roof and a hydraulic tail-lift is optional,

  8. Good knowledge of Southwestern Sydney metropolitan areas such Penrith, Blacktown, Parramatta, Ryde, northern Beaches, Liverpool, Bankstown, Liverpool, Campbelltown and Wollongong and other areas,

  9. You must have excellent customer service skills and be well presented wearing the appropriate PPE,

  10. All drivers and offsiders must satisfactorily pass Compliance and WH&SR onboarding checks such as Resume/reference checks, RMS driver history, National Police Check, Working Rights checks, drugs and alcohol testing and Fitness To Drive Medical Assessment,

  11. Times of work are Monday to Friday, 5am and finish between 2pm and 5pm (depending on the quantity of deliveries),

  12. Induction, driver training, COR and HSE training and support will be provided,

  13. For the successful subcontractor, a formal agreement with Toll will be issued with 21-day payment terms with fuel levy,
