Associate Agent – Pello Upper North Shore

We're looking for a motivated and hands-on Associate Agent to join our high-performing Upper North Shore team and take the first step towards building a long-term career in real estate.

Working closely with some of the country's top agents, you'll gain valuable exposure to every part of the sales process – from client care and property campaigns to prospecting and research. This is a role for someone eager to learn, highly organised, and ready to roll up their sleeves to support the team while developing their own skills and pathway in the industry.

This is a dynamic entry-level role that will see you supporting day-to-day sales activity, while receiving on-the-job training and mentoring. Every day will be different, with opportunities to contribute to client calls, open homes, database management, and property research – all while being immersed in one of Australia's most exciting real estate markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior agents with client communications and campaign activity
• Support and attend open homes and private inspections
• Conduct property research and prepare supporting material
• Manage and update client database records
• Carry out prospecting activities and follow-up calls
• Provide general support across the team to ensure seamless operations

About You

• A current Certificate of Registration
• Driver's licence and reliable car
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Professional, organised, and willing to learn
• Energetic with a positive, can-do attitude
• No prior real estate experience required – just drive, motivation, and a genuine interest in the industry
