Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Associate role working in the Lipscombe Team, located in Wahroonga, NSW and servicing the suburbs of Pymble, Turramurra, Warrawee & Wahroonga.
The Sales Associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to sales, client relationships and property viewings. You will also play a significant role in growing our business, particularly through identifying and nurturing new relationships. It is crucial that you have a positive mindset and a desire to always do what's in the best interest of our clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in the real estate industry
- Knowledge of the real estate market and property sales process
- A hunger to succeed and a natural ability to engage with the general public
- An ethical approach to sales and a desire to assist both buyers and sellers reach their property goals
- A desire to further your career and be part of an already successful team
Salary
A generous salary package - above market rate - will be offered to the right candidate and tiered based on experience. An experienced salesperson who wishes to be an agent rather than associate is also welcome to apply and will be compensated accordingly.
