Join the talented team at Enchanted Forest Early Learning as a Lead Educator. In this part-time or full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and educational experiences to children in our vibrant early learning centre in Chermside, Queensland.

What you'll be doing

  • Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate educational programs that stimulate children's learning and development
  • Create a nurturing, safe and inclusive environment where children can learn and play
  • Observe and document children's progress, providing individualised support and care
  • Build strong relationships with families, communicating regularly about their child's development
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant childcare regulations and centre policies
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment and participate in professional development

What we're looking for

  • A relevant childcare qualification, such as a Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care studying Diploma.
  • Experience working in an early learning setting, with a demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children and families
  • A genuine passion for early childhood education and a deep understanding of child development.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask.
  • A current First Aid certificate, including CPR, and a valid Working with Children Check.
