We're looking for a Full-Time Staff Member with experience in Hospitality Management to join our team at Domino’s Chermside

We are seeking leaders with a passion for delivering delicious pizzas, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in providing outstanding customer service.

As the Store Management team, you'll collaborate with each other to ensure an exceptional customer experience, lead our team, and oversee daily operations.

**About the Role**: Join our team at Domino’s, where you'll play a crucial role in a fast-paced and goal driven team. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Support and develop the team to ensure they are providing best in class customer service within an enjoyable working environment.
- Lead, develop, and manage your team to achieve sales targets, ensure efficient inventory management, and maintain high standards in pizza preparation and kitchen operations.
- Conduct relevant ongoing training and performance management.
- Handle customer feedback and provide solutions within a timely manner.
- Manage food stock levels, quality control, waste reduction, and receiving deliveries.
- Conduct temperature checks, ensuring cleaning protocols are adhered to.
- Manage organisation and cleanliness in all work areas.
- Contribute to and manage daily cleaning schedules.
- Uphold high standards across food hygiene, safety, quality, and preparation.

**About You**: To excel in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

- Experience in leading a team within a high-volume retail or hospitality
- environment.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Ability to look ahead, energise your team and deliver with pride.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage tasks efficiently.
- Possess excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chermside, QLD 4032: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
