Receptionist / Sales Consultant (Part-Time)

Join Asset Health and Performance – a leading gym, physiotherapy, performance, and recovery facility helping individuals reach their peak potential.

We are looking for a Part-Time Receptionist / Sales Consultant to help run our high-performance facility, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role for the right person.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage prospective and new membership leads
  • Nurture relationships and follow up on enquiries
  • Conduct gym tours and assist with membership conversions
  • Reception duties including bookings, payments, and enquiries
  • Assist with the daily running and presentation of the facility
  • Support social media content creation and community engagement

About You:

  • Friendly, confident, and passionate about health and fitness
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organised with great attention to detail
  • Confident using digital tools and social media
  • Experience in reception, admin, or sales is highly regarded
  • Must have the right to work in Australia
  • Year 12 completion or equivalent qualification preferred
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service or retail experience
  • Proficiency in using office equipment and computer software (Microsoft Office, appointment booking systems, and CRM software)

Qualifications:

Mandatory:

  • Valid Level 2 First Aid and CPR
  • Background or prior experience in gym management, fitness sales, or customer service
  • Flexibility to work a part-time schedule including weekends and some evenings

Desirable:

  • Certificate III and IV in Fitness
  • Experience using gym management or CRM software (e.g., MindBody, Clubfit, Nookal, TeamBuildr, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of social media marketing or content creation
  • Knowledge of health, wellness, and performance training principles
