The Role:
As our
Marketing Coordinator
, you'll work closely with the Marketing Manager to bring our brand and projects to life across digital, print, and internal platforms. You'll contribute to the creation and delivery of engaging content, support campaign development, and help produce branded materials that reflect the quality and impact of the LCS Group's work. This includes:

Draft, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
·
Assist with image sourcing, caption writing, and aligning content with our brand tone
·
Monitor social media engagement and assist with community management
·
Support digital campaigns, including Google Ads and email marketing
·
Create marketing collateral using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
·
Maintain brand consistency across documents, presentations, and assets
·
Assist with campaign calendars, email inbox coordination, and internal requests
About You
:
·
A completed or near-completed degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar (or equivalent work experience)
·
Excellent written communication and strong attention to detail
·
Experience with Canva and familiarity with Adobe InDesign
·
Understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools
·
Basic reporting knowledge (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar)
·
A well-organised and proactive approach with the ability to juggle priorities
·
A keen visual eye and interest in brand and design
