About the role

Tesrol Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Receptionist & General Administration professional to join their team in South West & M5 Corridor Sydney NSW. This full-time role will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative and reception support to the wider organization. Full onsite job along with comprehensive product training will be provided to ensure smooth transition into the role.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and assisting visitors, clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls.
  • Maintaining an organized and welcoming reception area.
  • Providing general administrative support including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Keeping track and filing of emails of daily orders received.
  • Assisting with a range of other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
  • Full onsite job and comprehensive product training will be provided to ensure smooth transition into the role.

What we're looking for

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing receptionist or administration role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • A friendly, professional and approachable demeanor.
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Knowledge in the kitchen/cabinetry industry is preferred and will be highly regarded, however not essential.
