As one of the largest regional outdoor advertising companies in Australia, our client is recruiting for the position of Commercial / Finance – Business Analyst to join their small, high-performing team. This role offers real growth potential, supporting financial and business analysis with a clear career pathway
(including training)
to progress within the next 12 to 24 months into the role of Commercial Manager.

The role will see you:

  • Review and analyse site performance, rentals, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Support rental agreements and contracts across private, government, and commercial landowners whilst looking at new site acquisition, site growth and the retention of existing sites.
  • Provide insights into income, outgoing rentals, and overall profitability.
  • Work closely with leadership to improve financial visibility and commercial outcomes.

About you:

  • Experienced with Xero, and accounts, bookkeeping
  • Commercially minded
  • Comfortable working in a small team where initiative is valued
  • Motivated to grow into the role of Commercial Manager within a projected timeframe of 12-24 months.
