About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant (Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Exercise Physiologist) to join our growing team in Perth.

You'll deliver high-quality workplace rehabilitation and case management services, supporting clients through their recovery and return-to-work journey.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting Initial Needs, Workplace and Ergonomic Assessments, and Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs)
  • Developing and implementing tailored rehabilitation and return-to-work plans
  • Liaising with insurers, employers, treating providers and other stakeholders
  • Providing timely, professional case management and reporting
  • Ensuring service delivery aligns with WorkCover WA and Comcare standards

What You'll Bring

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiology
  • Current registration with AHPRA or membership with ESSA
  • Experience in occupational rehabilitation or workplace injury management
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-engagement skills
  • A client-centred, evidence-based approach
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
