The Role

At Crown Sydney, our success is built on teamwork. We're committed to creating a positive and supportive environment where our people can learn, grow, and thrive. We're currently seeking a dedicated overnight Cook to join our In Room Dining kitchen team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service, with a focus on high-quality food preparation and presentation.

About You

  • Experience working as a cook in a fine dining or hotel setting is advantageous.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Ability to follow instructions and adapt to competing demands.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable
  • Follow health and safety protocols, policies, and procedures related to food and workplace safety.
  • Flexible availability to work any shift within a 24/7 schedule
