**THE ROLE**

The Supervisor will report to the Restaurant Manager and is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day running of Crown's In Room Dining with a focus on effective team communication to enhance the customer experience.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in a premium 5- star in room dining service and/or premium restaurant environment
- Exceptional leadership skills with the proven ability to coach and mentor a small team
- A passion for hospitality, up to date with the latest industry trends and the ability to drive new initiatives
- Flexibility to work a 24/7 rotating roster,** commitment to work overnights primarily**:

- Strong product knowledge and sound stakeholder management skills
- Current NSW RSA Certificate or be willing to obtain prior to commencement
