For the purposes of upholding the Christian ethos of our school, it is a genuine occupational requirement of this role that applicants be able to deliver religious education, lead, and otherwise assist in, religious practices and observances and personally adhere to, uphold, and authentically model the religious beliefs of Brisbane Christian College.

The Pre-Prep Inclusion Support Educator role holder will support the participation of all children across all program aspects by:

• Assisting the class teachers to establish and maintain a safe, stimulating, prayerful and productive learning environment that is engaging, supportive, and based on a Christian worldview.
• Providing in-class support to identified children by supporting their learning through additional assistance.
• Encouraging, nurturing and inspiring children to be all God created them to be and to discover the unique greatness that lies within them.

The successful applicant will hold a current Blue Card for working with children issued by the Queensland Government and will be able to support the Christian ethos of the College fully.

Position type:  25 hours per week over 5 days, 39 weeks per year.

Commencement date: 7 October. (Term 4 work weeks = nine if starting 7 October.)
