Oncology Pharmacist – Greenslopes Private Hospital

What you'll do

Join our experienced Pharmacy team at Greenslopes Private Hospital.  As the Senior Oncology/Cancer Care Services Pharmacist you will lead the team to:

  • Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care and advice to members of the multidisciplinary team and patients receiving cancer treatment;
  • Deliver patient-centered pharmacy services within a multidisciplinary team, emphasizing medication safety and optimization.
  • Perform clinical assessments, drug therapy monitoring, and offer patient-specific recommendations.
  • Engage in complex aseptic compounding and contribute to multidisciplinary team reviews and cancer care meetings.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with current unconditional Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA
  • Previous experience in hospital, oncology or clinical trial pharmacy preferred
  • Compounding experience (desirable)
  • Experience in using CHARM software (desirable)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
